In a 170.200 m² land area, this military complex consists of 49 buildings within 3 sub-divisions: Military Institute of Information and Communication Technologies, Military Base of Communications of Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan and specialized Communication Center. Military complex being constructed in conformity with the Uzbekistan Military Standards has a total built-up area of 48.800 m² consists an institute with educational building with scientific research center, dormitory building (capacity of 350 people) and headquarters, a military base with educational building including medical center, dining hall and social club with capacity of 700 people including a multipurpose hall, conference hall and library, indoor sports complex, shooting range building, laundry building, warehouses, 1 heated garage and 8 unheated garages, maintenance and repair workshops, fuel refill point, 3 security buildings at the entrances and technical buildings serving to whole complex. In addition, the complex has 142.100 m2 landscape area including an outdoor sports complex (16.400 m²) with a football stadium, athletics track, tennis court, volleyball court, badminton court, work-out areas with full equipment and spectator stands, 2 parade areas with stage platforms (7000 m²) and 1 small parade area (800 m²), softscape areas (72.900 m²), roads (45.000 m²), and an outdoor carpark with the capacity 132 cars.
