Tender Management

The tendering will be spread over a long-term period as the schedule allows and majority of the possible problems shall be solved before each tender package is finalized. Therefore, the proposed system shall decrease risks, prices and claims during execution period. The tender management comprise of below mentioned headings

  • Receipt of Contractor's Offer and coordination of replies to tenderers’ questions,
  • Pre-bid & After-bid negotiations with tenderers,
  • Technical and financial comparison of the offers and reporting to the Client with comparison tables and recommendations of the Project Management,
  • Receipt of Revised Offers,
  • Arranging, attending and chairing the Contract Negotiations with the selected Contractor, and finalization of contract documents and coordination of signature with the Client.
