Handing Over & Final Acceptance

Hand over and final acceptance involve the smooth transition of a completed project from the construction phase to operational use.

Our process includes detailed inspections, documentation of final approvals, and resolution of any outstanding issues, guaranteeing a seamless handover and formal acceptance of the project.

Major task and services to be completed during this phase are as follows:

  • Attendance to and monitoring of Contractor’s testing & commissioning phase and managing the handover of the project.
  • Review of handover documentation and reports prepared by the Contractor or other third parties.
  • Preparation of snag lists, review after Contractor’s necessary actions for the repairing of snags and provisional taking over.
