Design Management

Mühendis shall manage all processes of design, including the development of design pahses and specifications, shop drawings, as-built documentation, maintenance and operational manuals.

This process shall include the responsibilities stated below in order to take different approaches in cases such as designing from scratch or implementing existing designs:

  • Establishing and monitoring design schedule,
  • Reviewing of the design and specifications in terms of constructability, cost, schedule, interdisciplinary coordination, construction method and equipment needs,
  • Managing design coordination meetings,
  • Preparation of operation and maintenance manuals.
