Murat Şamil Çapar
He has completed respectively BS degree in Civil Engineering and MSc degree in Construction Management in Faculty of Civil Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. He is currently studying for a PhD at the same university.
He has worked in domestic & international projects respectively as technical department engineer, planning engineer, technical office chief and deputy project manager. Subsequently, he was assigned as Deputy General Manager and finally as General Director and Board Member for 9 years until 2015.
