He has completed respectively BS degree in Civil Engineering andyMSc degree in Construction Materials in Faculty of Civil Engineering at Middle East Technical University.
He worked in a wide range of domestic and international projects in terms of project type, contract type, construction methods respectively as Site Engineer, Structural Works Chief, Finishing Works Superintendent, Technical Manager, Technical Coordinator, Company Representative, Project Manager and Project Director.
