Central Asian University (CAU) campus located in outskirts of the city, east part of Tashkent on an active arteria. The campus will be built in 3 stages over 255 thousand square meter land plot.
This campus, the first private university in the country, belongs to Akfa group, that is extremely active in Uzbekistan industrial field. There are 17 faculties in the university extending from the medicine to engineering and from architectural to education. Total 9200 students is planned to be located in these faculties. Additionally, construction of 6 dormitory blocks for 3000 students and an apartment block for 300 academic staff is included in the scope of Project.
In the 2nd stage of Project, erection of a JCI certificated hospital, serving for medical education and research, sized around 100.000 square meters is also planned.
Total construction area of the project, including the hospital, is 236.500 m², and total budget is approximately 165.000.000 USD’dir.
