Ishga Markhamat, a center of Ministry of Labor for national employment and vocational education, is a reconstruction project of the former vocational school of aircrafts. The Project with a total 18.400 m² built-up area consists of a monocenter which has a total built-up area of 9.200m², 3 blocks including 1 workshop and warehouse facilities, employment center, conference hall with capacity of 281 people, VIP conference hall, exhibition space, cooperative working center, dining hall with capacity of 200 people, language center with 8 classrooms and 1 linguistics laboratory, numerous vocational ateliers for sanitary specialists, welding specialists, construction machine operators, tourism and hotel management specialists, culinary arts specialists, pediatric development specialists, sewing and needlework specialists, hair dresser specialists, beauty and cosmetics specialists, massage specialists, and 1 building for workshops and warehouse. In addition, total 14.200 m² of landscaping works including soft landscape areas (7.400 m²), roads and cobblestone works (6700 m²) and an open car park with a capacity of 18 vehicles were completed.
