The 5-star hotel project, being constructed as a part of the Tashkent IBC Project, consists of a total of 21 levels including basement floors. The Hotel Project being constructed in conformity with the International standards has a total built-up area of 55.000 m². The Hotel, which is planned to serve mainly Uzbekistan Government’s official “VVIP (Very Very Important Person)” guests, consists 146 King Room, 46 Twin Rooms, 40 Suite Rooms, 10 Long Term Suites, 8 Presidential Suites, 1 Private Suite, Open and Closed Area Restaurants, Patisserie & Bar, 5 Functional Meeting Rooms that can be converted to 750 m² of single multi-functional area), 900 m² of SPA & Fitness area, Indoor Swimming Pool, Ballroom with the capacity 1.000 people (800 m²), 15.000 m² landscape area including outdoor and indoor parking with the capacity 150 cars.
