Tapoich is an existing airplane plant which has a legendary history. In 1941 summer during second world war, when Germans attacked Soviet Union, Stalin ordered moving existing airplane plant from war fronts to Central Asia, Tashkent. In December of 1941, already moved plant started production of airplane for the war. Following 3 years 2000 airplane produced in Tashkent Tapoich plant for second world war. After war, this plant continued production of various airplanes. After dissolving of Soviet Union, it was hard to run this plant and now 1.3milion m² area including the existing old factory buildings is being converted to various plants and workshops including administrative buildings by using today’s technology as listed below. Total built-up area of the Project is 425.000m² with a budget of 170.000.000 USD.

Samsung Production of Household Refrigerators (37.280m²), Production of Commercial Refrigerators (18.270m²), Production of Washing Machine (11.370m²), Manufacture of Plastic Products (14.360m²), Metal Punching Workshop (17.020m²), Industrial Heating Boilers (4.330m²), CNC (1.730m²), Copper Pipes Production (17.575m²), Administrative Building (3.775m²), Utility Building (1.600m2)

Block B – Logistics Center (33.900m²)

Block C -53 900 m²:

Gaz Meter Production (13.000m²), Production of Industrial Air Conditioners (15.332m²), Pump Manufacturing (5.630m²), Mold Production (5.300m²), Storage (5.800m²), Administrative Building (8.840m²)

Block D – 100 995 m²

Production of metal structures (22.000m²), Manufacture of Accessories for Doors (11.880m²), Production of Radiators (8.510m²), Production of Composite Panels (4.350m²), Manufacture of Accessories (6.810m²), Factory Expansion Area (2.800m²), Production of Modular House (15.750m²), Production of PIR Layered (7.675m²), Production of Rockwool (14.000m²), Administrative Building (7.220m²)
