Boulevard constructed as a part of  Tashkent IBC Project is a mix-used project consists of retails units along the shopping street and 1342 residences on the upper 4-5 floors. The main feature of the project is to form the Shopping Avenue Boulevard which embraces the urban tissue of street shopping with a modern landscape design. The project has a total built-up area of 290.000 m² including buildings which have 6 to 7 floors above ground and a basement floor with an area of 85.325 m². The basement floor with a total capacity of 1665 cars has a public car park area for the visitors of the shopping and a private car park area for the residences. The buildings are clustered around 4 square courtyards and 3 rectangular courtyards. These courtyards have outdoor facilities such as playgrounds and parks for the residences whereas the streets between these cluster units’ functions as an open-air shopping mall. Boulevard project also differentiates itself from the Tashkent IBC projects by its façade design which has elements and forms of classical architecture harmonized with Uzbek geometry.
